This page explains how users of the Shikshaverse platform can request deletion of their account and related personal data.

1. Account Management

Accounts in Shikshaverse are generally created and managed by the respective school or institution. Students, teachers, and parents receive login credentials from their school administration.

2. How to Request Account Deletion

If you want to delete your Shikshaverse account, you can request deletion through one of the following methods:

  • Contact your school administrator directly.
  • Send an email request to our support team.

3. Information Required

Please include the following information when submitting your request:

  • Registered email address or mobile number
  • School or institution name
  • Student or employee ID (if available)

4. What Happens After Request

After receiving your request, we will verify the details with the respective school or institution. Once verification is completed, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems unless retention is required for legal or administrative purposes.

5. Deletion Timeline

Account deletion requests are usually processed within 5–7 working days after successful verification.

6. Effect of Deletion

Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access the Shikshaverse platform or any services associated with that account.
